When storing records for a long period of time, our suggestions are –

Always store records vertically.

Don’t stack more than about 50 records side by side without a solid wall divider.

Keep records away from direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold.

Keep records away from wet or damp environments. Ideally a dry constant temperature is best for vinyl records.

Store records in plastic sleeves, this reduces ring-wear and other forms of storage wear.  As a standard practice, we ship all records with plastic sleeves.

Store the vinyl record inside plastic or paper inner sleeves. Never store vinyl records without a sleeve.
