We ship our products within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of receipt of order and realization of payment.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on number of products (weight based shipping). At the time of check out, total shipping cost will be displayed before making the payment. We will ship orders through our authorized shipping agencies like Fedex, Delhivery, India Post etc, based on PIN Code serviceability.
On rare occasions we if we face an unforeseen delay in shipping orders, we will notify the same by email and a revised despatch date will be intimated.
Order once placed can not be cancelled. However, if we receive any cancellation request before dispatching the ordered items, we may accommodate the request and the amount will be refunded within 5 days, after deducting cancellation charges of Rs.50/- per order.
If any record is found damaged and not acceptable, the same is to be returned to us within 7 days and we can exchange/replace the same or give a credit code for the same. Records must be returned by Registered Post/Courier at buyer’s expenses with proper packing. Pleae note, we do not have back pick-up facility.
For any reason, if we are unable to execute the order, full amount will be refunded.
